Being in the construction industry since 1995, I understand where we have been in the past and where I see this industry going. Starting my own construction company in 2009, I developed systems and processes that were able to see my company grow to new heights. I joined the solar industry in 2019 in the sales side, and quickly moved up through the ranks helping the National company train sales reps in multiple states. I pride myself on helping sales companies add additional tools to their arsenal, and scale their sales process to see more growth! When I do find myself home in Kansas, I have my hands full with my seven children, and beautiful bride.

Our founder, Sterling Condit, started SRI Remodeling in 2001. After serving hundreds of clients for several years he realized his passion was in renewable energy. In 2008 he started SRI Wind Solar. SRI Wind Solar was one of the first 3 solar companies in Kansas! After more than a decade in business, Sterling decided it was time to bring his passion to more customers and partnered with two friends to rebrand and together, they developed Pro Terra Solar Technologies LLC.
As Director of Install, Sales & Marketing, Bill brings over 15 years of executive sales leadership experience as a former Sales Development Manager for EagleView Technologies, Director of Sales & Marketing for QuickPay Claims, Director of Sales for Labor Connect, Inc. & Crew Connect, LLC, as well as a National Sales Executive for Hail Trace. He has extensive experience with marketing, business development strategies, direct sales, sales management, strategic planning, contract negotiation, operations, and account management.
