Mike has been in the construction industry since 1995. He started his own construction company in 2009, developing systems and processes that helped grow the company quickly to a national scale. Mike began selling in the solar industry in 2019 and soon began training solar sales teams all across the United States.

Mike’s forward-thinking mindset led him to partner with Sterling Condit, founder of SRI Wind Solar to rebrand as Pro Terra Solar, which offers affordable and high quality solar, roofing, and environmental home efficiency services across the Midwest

When he’s not running the day-to-day at Pro Terra Solar, he has his hands full with his wife and seven children at his home in Kansas.

Our founder, Sterling Condit, started SRI Remodeling in 2001. After serving hundreds of clients for several years he realized his passion was in renewable energy. In 2008 he started one of the first three solar companies in Kansas, SRI Wind Solar.

After more than a decade in business, Sterling decided it was time to bring his passion to more customers and partnered with Michael Terhune to rebrand and form Pro Terra Solar.

Morgan Stangle

Morgan is Director of Roofing at Pro Terra. With almost 10 years of experience in the construction and roofing industry, Morgan has a passion for roofing and construction management. Morgan has a dedication to helping customers to successfully keep their homes safe from the elements with quality, affordable roofing options helping you to both protect and retain value in your home today.

When she’s not working, you can find her hanging out with her kids, or out on the golf course.

Matt Barnette

Director of Marketing

Matt is the Director of Marketing at Pro Terra Solar. In 2001, his career began in film & TV production, working with ESPN, ABC, NBC, TNT, FOX and Deadspin, winning an Edward R. Murrow Journalism Award in 2016. Matt transitioned to construction marketing with the Arkansas Department of Transportation and also led Content and Communications Marketing at a major footwear company before joining Pro Terra Solar in 2024.

At Pro Terra Solar, Matt and his international team oversee marketing, branding, social media, and PR for Pro Terra, Build Terra, and Eco Terra.

With over 20 years of experience in roofing and construction, including a decade in residential solar with leading national companies, Tracy brings a commitment to integrity and hard work to every project. Since joining Pro Terra Solar two years ago, Tracy has helped to prioritize strong relationships with both the team and customers in our Oklahoma region.

Owen McGuire

Owen has over 20 years of construction experience, including 10 years in architecture, 9 years in roofing sales across multiple states, and 1 year in solar. An expert in hail and wind damage, he has worked extensively in post-hurricane restoration, ensuring structural integrity and efficient repairs.
